Available for 3 night breaks.  An unusual town centre property in the heart of Penryn, Cornwall. Recently renovated and having interesting historic features including a barrel vaulted ceiling, a tympanum depicting the story of Abraham and Isaac and another which carries the Moor head crest of Penryn as well as an ornate plaster ceiling which is the only complete 1630 town house ceiling in Cornwall.

Other features include 17th century plank floors, oak windows and reinstated Jacobean lead work and glazing.  This very unusual property is accessed off a newly built alley, or Ope as they are called in Penryn, from Broad Street, the main street in Penryn which would have been the main merchant’s street of 17th and 18th Century Penryn.

The accommodation provides two bedrooms, formal sitting room, one bathroom and one shower room, kitchen/diner, informal first floor seating.  Parking for one car at rear of property.
